The lovely MissJupiter sent me a goodie box of tarot cards, the book, elf eyebrow wax & powder, Aqua 24 viva lips ! lip plumping cream and a couple of almay shadows. Today was my first try using the elf eyebrow kit. The gel is great, but I think the powder makes it too red. Now that my hair is purple, I really want to get some matte purple shadow that matches for my eyebrows. xd The taro deck is pretty awesome and it was printed the year I was born. :d Thanks MissJupiter! Now I have to figure out what you don’t have already so I can send you a little thank you package!

About me

I run this blog! This blog is a personal blog for all things beauty related. I love swatching, reviewing and hosting giveaways. I've been blogging since I was 16 years old... That's uh a long time. I am now 34! Sometimes I like to blog about my life and what is going on, but not often anymore. I hope you enjoy my blog posts!

  • Meow!! I love this look! :FLIRT:

  • Love the look, and your skin looks so perfect ! And the lipstick looks amazing !

  • I’m totally loving the purple hair! Especially with the pink eyehadow!

    • thanks! :d that was the first sample you sent.

  • I’ve been meaning to ask about your use of grapeseed oil (Maybe you’ve already answered it at some point??) … Does it help with a certain skin type? Any specific kind/brand you use? How do you apply it? Inquiring minds want to know :)

    • oh it’s Now Foods Grapeseed Oil.

I’ve heard of all skin types using it, it absorbs really well. I usually use almost a dime sized amount on my face, though if I use my sugar scrub then I use less because the scrub has grapeseed oil in it already. I just rub it into my skin like I would a normal moisturizer and pat it under my eyes.

It’s worked really well for me and it doesn’t make my face overly oily like some moisturizers have. :) My husband gets it for me as he manages a GNC store. So if you have one around you can probably find it, though any healthfood store should have some kind of grapeseed oil. The link up there also has information about grapeseed oil so make sure you read that, it’s good info and not a long read. :d

    • my comments are being a jerkface and won’t let me post the link in my other comment. -.-
