Yes it’s true, I actually posted a new recipe on my recipe blog! I posted my Japanese ginger salad dressing finally and will be posting the recipe for the dashi stock and miso soup tonight I hope. Must find a local farmer’s market that has veggies! Kharizma has been taking her grandma to some so hopefully she’ll have good feedback.
My mom and I went out and purchased Fumi-kitty a walker today. Since we lowered her playpen for safety reasons she doesn’t want to be in it. She won’t play on the floor unless I am within two feet of her. I can’t leave her in her bouncy chair unless I’m in her face because she can flip over and scoot out of it in less than a minute. I swear this little imp of mine possesses magical powers of some sorts.
No really. She liked the walker at the store, despite her little feetses not quite touching the floor. She actually liked two, and I liked the other on better, but my mom was buying it and didn’t want to spend the extra $20. So she bought the cheap one.
That’s okay I’ll just buy the other one later when Fumiko is ready for it and have it at home. Anyways it’s a little Precious Moments one. Do you know how hard it is to find a freaking walker that is simple that doesn’t have fifty gajillion toys/gadgets/colours/patterns/sound making thingers?! Do you?! it’s nearly impossible let me tell ya. What happened to the walkers they had 6 or so years ago that had a little tray you could take off when you wanted to remove the toys or give them a snack? Sheesh. I hate those new disc things with a passion. They’re gaudy and annoying and too busy for baby minds.
Okay anyways… We got the walker so I could sit her in it and have her next to me since she wants to be within two feet of me at all times and nothing else is working! We shall see…
Also, a few weeks ago I bought these cute coloured ink pens, and lost them. I just found them last night… in the kitchen, in one of the Target bags I bought. Whoops.

. I have a son named
