Sascha started school on Wednesday. He had a good day. He’s been doing well so far, no calls from the teacher. He did however manage to get sick on Friday. So now he and Fumiko both are sick. It’s been working out good with Kai’s new position. He’s able to schedule his own hours. So I take Sascha to school then drop him off at work after. My mom picks him up after the shop is closed to bring him home. No extra trips and no staying at the shop all day for me and the childrens. Woo! Sascha’s birthday is getting closer little by little, he asks about it almost every day. He’s counting on the fact that David and Dianna will be able to come out for it. And hoping his school friends can come. We’re going to do a barbecue so everyone can eat. So many of his schoolmates have allergies or different diets. I’m at a loss though for entertainment. We’ve never held a kids birthday party before. Usually it’s just family. So we’ll see.

The one thing I wish our house had was another room we could use for an office. Then we could move all the office furniture out of the front room. It’s a pain having two computer desks/chairs/bookcases/etc in the front room. But oh well.

So I still have tons of photos to upload. Boo. Also the other day one of my mom’s friends called us to let us know that a high end kids boutique that she frequents is going to be doing a clothing catalogue in a couple of weeks and she told them they had to see Fumiko. So I called them and left a message saying she had recommended us. Hopefully we get a call back. It would be nice to have a little more money coming in right now.
