So I’ve been wanting tattoos for ages, but haven’t had the chance to get anything for one reason or another. I’ve had what I want picked out since I was little, oddly enough. I’ve always wanted plain black stars on the inside of both wrists, and 3/4 sleeves that are nothing but various lotus blossoms. More recent tattoos were wanting “love as thou wilt” across my chest with lotus blossoms on both sides near my collarbone. Kudos if you know what it’s from. I’ve also wanted a hello kitty tattoo, just her face. As you can see it doesn’t really fit the motif I have going. haha

So today I randomly thought “hey I could get her face on my wrist instead of stars… but I don’t want to put two faces on my wrists”. So my solution? ZOMBIE hello kitty face and normal face. So I started looking online. There are lots of hello kitty zombie things, but none that I really liked, then I found this . Oh Hai. I fell in love. I seriously contemplated saving it so I could print it out when ready and take it in and say “please for the love of god put this on my body”. But then I felt a little weird. So I decided to try to do my own, and I did, and I love it. While further browsing though, I found this. Which is also super awesome. So I made my own hello kitty sugar skull head too. Sadly I don’t have illustrator, so it’s mostly pasted things from various sugar skull prints that were awesome.

So I definitely want both of these. They won’t be my first tattoo, but I will get them. I think the stars will be first, to see if my body will do okay with tattoos, then “love as thou wilt” and then we’ll see. Anyways I just wanted to share with you what I made and what I kind of, sort of stole.

So recently I’ve decided that I am going to get my cheeks pierced on my birthday. I’ve said before that I wanted to do it, and that I’ve been thinking about it for a very long time. Well I’m done thinking. I want it. I’m tired of waiting until I feel better or things change to get it done. If I keep waiting for that I’m going to be waiting forever. My piercings have always healed well even when I was sick, so hopefully this is no different. I know cheek piercings are more complicated than say getting your ear or nose pierced, and I’m ready for that. I’ve researched them for a long time. Now I just need to find a good piercer who knows what they are doing. I also want the other side of my nose pierced. I’ll probably wait until after I get my cheeks done, but that’s definitely going to happen as well. If I can’t bleach my hair or get my tattoos then damnit I’m going to get pierced. Kharizma you’ll probably need to go with me. I don’t know if Kai will be able to. haha Oh here’s a nice little information post about cheek piercings. After reading her post awhile back I was pretty much certain I wanted my cheeks done. She’s SO cute. I think I’d look okay with my cheeks pierced.

I’ll still never understand why my husband was attracted to me. He’s like my polar opposite when it comes to makeup/tattoos/piercings/hair dye. He doesn’t like any of them. I love them. If I could bleach my head my hair would be pink or turquoise right now, okay probably pink.

So I’ve decided I want these awesome little pink jeweled discs for my cheeks, but I also REALLY like the black stars. What to I doooo!
