I received my cream from Cutis Vita a few weeks ago and have had a couple of uses for it already. Literally the day after it arrived I tripped over a plastic bin in Fumiko’s classroom and cut the front of my leg pretty good. It hurt like a mofo and got a nice bruise, it’s still bruised to this day. The cut however is healed and so far turning into a nice scar. I’d forgot about the cream all day and only remembered it that evening after my shower. My leg hurt really bad, not just the cut but the whole front of my leg. I applied the cream liberally and literally within minutes the cut stopped hurting. I was actually kind of shocked. I wanted to coat my whole leg in it. Since I’m diabetic cuts tend to take longer to heal, sometimes a lot longer. With the cream from Cutis Vita it healed faster than a cut of that magnitude would normally heal on me and it was a hell of a lot less painful.
If you read my blog then you know a couple of weeks ago the kiddos and I got to go on the Autism walkathon here in Portland. I of course got sunburned really bad on my chest, shoulders and scalp. Ugh. As soon as we got home I put the revitalizing cream on it and magic, the burn stopped. Oh it was still bright red, but it was painless. It also healed faster than sunburns normally do on me and it never peeled. A christmas miracle. This shit is awesome. Awesome. My face also broke out really bad. I had monstrous, nightmare pimples all over my face. A few are still healing, but most are gone now and none have scarred so far. *knocks on wood* I’ve been applying the revitalizing cream at the end of my skincare regime and it appears to be helping. I didn’t use it at first because I didn’t think of it and the mountains all over my face were really painful. Once I started apply it the pain didn’t completely go away but they hurt less and the healing seemed to start going faster. This stuff is awesome. I will be keeping it in the house for sunburns if nothing else. It’s the first thing I’ve found that stopped the pain and trust me I have tried many things over the years. Many.
This stuff is a thick cream. If you pack it on and let it dry it almost feels a little waxy, but if you massage it in there’s no residue at all. Your skin feels like there’s nothing on it. It fully absorbs and it has almost no scent. Once it’s absorbed you sure can’t smell anything. This stuff is awesome and should be in everyone’s first aid kit. Seriously. It comes in multiple sizes too.
