Scent and formula
Okay the scent is weird. It’s hard to describe, it’s a weird fruity smell that smells old. When I lived in California we lived in Yuba City where there is a Sunsweet plant. It smells like the air around the plant after they’ve been processing plums for prunes. It’s weird. It’s a normal oil consistency and has a clear brown color.
Organic Argania Spinosa (Argan Oil) Kernel Oil.
I have been using Foxbrim‘s Argan Oil for a few weeks now and I’m really liking it! What is Argan Oil good for? A whole bunch of things! You can use it for your hair for one. It’s a natural conditioner and can help with the frizzies, split ends and shine. You can also use it on your nails to strengthen your nails and soften your cuticles, it’s also good for dry, cracked hands. You can use it on on you skin to make it supple and soft, it’s especially good on dry skin, like on your elbows. Also it can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks! You can also use it on your face, it’s supposed be good for inflamed skin and last but not least another use is using it as a pre-shave oil!
I didn’t use this on my face, since my face is fickle with straight oils. I did however use this for other things! The cold weather wreaks havoc on my skin, especially my hands and cuticles. I started using this on my cuticles and hands and it worked wonders. My cuticles are no longer dry, inflamed and ragged and well just a plain mess and my hands are soft again. I also like using a few drops in the bathtub, it keeps my body moisturized after and the oil absorbs really well. I’ve also used this off and on in my hair after shampooing as a leave in conditioner, I’ve also used it on my daughters hair. I use a boar brush on her hair when sends her hair flying all over the place. Just a drop smoothes her hair down and gets rid of the flyaways. My hair is wavy to slightly curly and is super dry and frizzy so using this as a leave it keeps it fairly smooth and it doesn’t look or feel so dry. My daughter has curly hair and when I use this on her hair after it’s towel dried it helps her curls stay smooth and curly. I also use a few drops with a heavy duty moisturizer on my feet and it helps the moisturizer absorb a lot better. This is a fantastic Argan Oil. I like that it’s organic and has no fillers or junk in it. It’s on sale right now so the price is fantastic. Foxbrim also has other organic skincare products and they have a money back guarantee with no questions asked!
