My hurs is white-ish

So Claire was kind enough to take me to my doctors appointment this morning, and then stopped at Sally’s so I could get hair bleach and then stopped at New Seasons to buy chick peas and spinach and then made me a yummy lunch.

So now my hair is almost white. I don’t know what I want to do… I’m torn on mixing cupcake pink and atomic pink from Special Effects, OR using the mix and some purple and possibly fish bowl to make my hair a rainbow. Only issue there is the upkeep, which I’m not very good at. So it’s poll time!

What to do?!

New hair and a new hole

I got the other side of my nose pierced the other day, which I’m sure you’ll notice as it’s a little swollen and obviously not healed yet. Love it. Can’t wait for it to heal so I can get new jewelry. The jewelry that was put in was a little small plus they aren’t bezel so the gem is just glued in. I don’t trust them so I’m going to get a couple of bezel set nosescrews at some point after it’s healed. And I dyed my hair today. Red, with a pink chunk and purple underneath. I love it.

Hair Poll!

Alrighty. So I love, love, love my pink and purple hair. To be honest though I’m still lusting after turquoise. What I want to do is put purple and turquoise highlights in my hair. So basically I want it to be a flurry of pink, purple and turquoise. I’m hoping Kharizma will help me as I’m pretty sure I’ll fail at trying to foil highlights in my hair. But, I’m not 100% positive on the idea yet. I’m almoooost there. So that’s where you come in! Do I just re-dye my pink and purple, or do I add turquoise to the mix?

Pink & Purple Hair

My dye from Morgana Cryptoria arrived today! I chose Special Effects in Cupcake Pink and Wild Flower. After attempting the first dye job it was clear that I really needed to tone my hair. Still too much yellow to do my normal process. Normally my hair is pretty much white and I just add my dye to conditioner and let it sit in my hair so the pink is super light. Didn’t work this time. Though this is also the first time I’ve used Special Effects dye. So I ended up having to re-dye my hair as only the roots and tips were pink, the whole middle area all the way around was kind of orangey-pink, and the purple looked gray. So I added much less conditioner to both and the color came out much better. The pink I don’t think I can add any to. There are still a couple of lighter areas but overall way better, the purple came out great, just much darker than I wanted. Now to see how long it stays in my hair, and figure out what color to use for my brows. haha I need to get my hair trimmed badly and I want to bleach, and tone it when the colors fade out to see if that helps.

The current state of my hair…

So Kharizma came over with thai iced tea and bleached my hair. The good news is it didn’t bother my scalp and I’m still alive! My roots came out how I expected, they’re super light and tinted yellow. Definitely need to tone my hair. The bad news is the rest of my hair is this strange blonde/green/blue/purple/something color. haha I’m not sure if I need to bleach my hair again, tone it or leave it alone. I guess bleaching the purple wasn’t the brightest idea. And since I had to wash my face I quickly put on eyebrows and some eye makeup. I used New Bruise from My Pretty Zombie on my brows, it seems to be the right shade of brown for me! Hooray! And I used Katrink as eyeliner and then Bride on my lid. Anyways pictures. Cause I know you’re so excited to see. hehe My hair is still a little damp here so it actually dried a little lighter. Also taking photos in front of the lamp in our room was a bad idea. It turned my photos this horrible orange/red and I had a hard time fixing them. Ugh.
