There are days when I wish I could just pull the covers over my head and tune them out. There are days when they bring awe and wonder into my life and I wonder how I’ve been given just a beautiful gift. There are days when nothing goes right and they seem to relish in the pleasure of making it worse. There are days when they are happy doing nothing but sitting with me and being held. Regardless of the day, regardless of the issue or triumph this is how I always feel. I love Sascha and Fumiko to death. I don’t know what I would do without either one of them. They are my life. I would be lost without them.

Meyer Lemons are so freaking tasty. They make delicious lemonade. Too bad I only got three. Poop. I must get more when we go to New Seasons for Thanksgiving goodness. Last night was lovely! Russ came and picked up the papasan chair. Which resulted in Sascha losing it. He misses Russ a lot. Russ couldn’t stay long he had to leave, so Sascha started crying because he wanted to see Russ. It kinda sucked. Apparently you need to visit more often Russ. Russ shall be taking care of Sascha when I go into labour. Soo Thursday he’s going with us to take Sascha to school so he can meet Ms. Sonia. She won’t hand off the children to just anyone. So we want her to at least know his face and meet him so she won’t have any reservations. I may or may not go into labour while Sascha is at school so. Yeah.

After Sascha settled down and finally fell asleep Kai and I watched tv in the front room. Kai set up a fire in the fireplace, and forgot to open the chimney vent. So after a few seconds there was smoke bellowing into our apartment. He stood there dumbfounded. I had to remind him that the vent was closed. lol He couldn’t find it, so I opened it. Took us a good twenty minutes to get all the smoke out. Once the fire got going and the smoke was all gone it was really nice. Kai ended up walking over to the mall to get some ice cream. He got me some pumpkin frozen yogurt, and maple nut ice cream. I have to say the pumpkin frozen yogurt was not tasty. It tasted kind of like egg not. Ew. The maple nut however was super yummy and I’m glad he only got me a small. Otherwise I probably would have scarfed down a giant sized cup of it. The pecans were super fresh and toasty tasting. Mmm. But it was nice. The burning wood smelled so good.
