Could it be?
So Kharizma stopped by tonight with some goodies for me. She brought some teas from Earth Mama Angel Baby as well as some cd’s and little heat pack. I have to say the teas are tasty. I tried the sleep tea and the third trimester tea. They tasted much better than I thought they would, best of all the sleep tea actually made me sleepy. I nodded off for a nap, a small nap, but a nap nonetheless. I shall definitely be using the sleep tea before bed. I can’t believe it made me sleepy after only half of a cup. It wasn’t like a crappy sleepy either, like pure exhaustion. It was just relaxing and nice and even though I didn’t get to nap for long, only thirty minutes, I didn’t feel crappy when I woke up. I just felt relaxed.
My burn hurts. It’s not puffy anymore or too painful thanks to the Earth Mama Bottom Butter. >_> Yep I used hemorrhoid ointment on my burn. It worked! I figured it was worth a try since it was just sitting in my fridge. I was surprised that it actually eased the pain and the swelling went down. I’ve re-applied it a couple of times since I burned myself and it’s worked well. Usually my oven type burns hurt really bad for quite some time. Now it looks like a burn that’s a few days old. Hopefully the ointment will help it heal quickly and not scar, or at least not scar much.
Poor Sascha. I don’t know what’s going on with him. I think he may have a touch of food poisoning, either that or whatever is going on with him is emotional. He’s been throwing up his solid foods, but he has no other symptoms, which makes this extremely strange. He’s not really one to throw up, at least he hasn’t been for awhile. I just find it completely strange that he has no fever, no stomach aches, no signs of illness other than throwing up solid food. I’ve been giving him water with fresh lemon and ionic minerals, which he’s kept down. I’ve been trying randomly to give him solid food, but he’s just not keeping them down. Before he even finishes eating he’s off to the bathroom to throw it up with complaints of a tummy ache, soon as he’s done throwing up he’s fine. It doesn’t make any sense. My mom has been working with him in the EPFX machine which keeps pulling up emotional things, and mild food poisoning.
So as of now I’m treating it like both. I’m just going to make sure he doesn’t get worse and continues to get his lemon water with minerals to stay hydrated. I hope it settles down by the end of the week, if not I’m going to be forced to call the indian clinic and try to make an appointment. I loathe taking Sascha to the dr. He always ends up sick every time I’ve taken him to the clinic. Outside of him getting pneumonia earlier this year I’ve never had to seek medical intervention for him. It makes me incredibly nervous to have to do so. So I really hope whatever is going on with him settles down and gosh doesn’t get any worse. As long as he’s not getting worse and staying hydrated I’m not extremely worried. The whole situation is just bizarre and I don’t know what to make of it. Oy.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to go. I really need to. I don’t want to miss any information. But it depends on whether or not I’m feeling okay. Hopefully I’ll feel better later today. It’s the last class on the death process and it’s something I don’t want to miss.
I grew up on that tea and Sleepytime tea. So I ended up getting another mint tea by Celestial Seasonings. It’s called Mint Magic. It’s actually very tasty. It sort of helps with my nausea, but not much. Still a little bit is a little bit I suppose. That’s better than nothing, right? Anyways, the ingredients are: Spearmint, peppermint, roasted chicory, cinnamon and orange peel. I think I actually like the flavour better than the grandma’s tummy mint tea. I’m just sort of sad to see something I grew up on, gone! Again!
I mean, when i was a toddler my parents used to give me either the tummy mint tea or the sleepytime tea when I was ill or had stomach troubles, which was alot. They were the only things that helped ease it. I’ve even used them both for Sascha. So poo.
It’s taking so long, because I’m doing them in between being nauseas and tired. Hopefully I can get them finished soon! Oh! Thanks to my friend Kharizma I now know what Fumiko means! I’ve been searching for a long time to see what it means, but I couldn’t ever find it on regular name sites.
But she found a place that has the meaning. Fumiko means child of treasured beauty! I love it! Now I like the name even more.
